Contract Services are for companies that experience frequent fluctuations in their technical resources needs. As resource demands rise Upshot IT will provide qualified technical people to supplement the client’s existing resources. 

Contract-to-Hire
Contract-to-Hire Services give our clients the ability to monitor the performance of a consultant prior to making a formal offer of employment. A conversion fee, agreed to upfront, will be charged for this service.

Direct Hire
Direct Hire Services are for companies that need technical resources internally but may lack the recruiting expertise or resources to attract ideal candidates. Upshot IT will recruit resources on the client’s behalf and seek out those top performers for direct and immediate employment with the client.

Payroll Services
This service will allow our client to engage an individual as a temporary worker that they themselves have recruited. With our Payroll Services the client determines the individual’s pay rate and Upshot IT will pay the individual thru its payroll process.
